Kirby-Bauer analysis of oil bodies and oleosin on different strains of probiotic bacteria, K2A1-1, K2A2-1, and K2A2-5 (Pediococcus acidilactici) and K7A6-2 (Pediococcus pentosaceous).

Encapsulated lactic acid bacteria Pediococcus acidilactici K2A1-a, acidilactici K2A2-1, pentosaceus K7A6-2, and P. acidilactici K2A2-5, using oil bodies isolated from coconut. The micrographs taken were viewed under 40X magnification.
